Securely make your purchase and payment transactions using the PayPal shopping cart system. We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal payment.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS Standard or Priority mail for both domestic and international orders. You can expect your order to be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after your payment is received. Purchases are shipped with a confirmation of receipt required upon successful delivery. You can request insurance or a shipping upgrade of any item(s) you purchase at an additional cost based on applicable postal service charges.
Refunds & Returns
Buyers are advised to make informed purchases; feel free to ask as many questions as you need to about any products you are interested purchasing. All queries are welcome with regard to color, size, dimensions, materials used etc. We would be pleased to answer your questions and offer any details regarding any items.
We take special care and pay attention to detail in designing, constructing, wrapping, packaging and shipping of each piece. Consequently at this time our business does not have the capacity to make returns however we would appreciate all your feedback and we like to hear from you.
However if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund by contacting us. All items must be returned within 7 days in the original condition, undamaged and unsoiled with secure packaging. Items that are returned damaged or soiled will not be refunded. Shipping costs for returns will not not be refunded. Additionally a 15% restocking fee is also applied.
